I'm Ryan Kilroy, the owner and technician behind this mobile IT service. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University, where I graduated summa cum laude. I'm currently wrapping up a set of top industry certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and a few others.

Most of my working life has been spent in the culinary world, running kitchens and handling restaurant operations. But I've always been the unofficial IT guy for family, friends, and coworkers. I've set up and fixed everything from complete restaurant POS systems and networks to home computers, phones, and whatever else came my way. Years ago, I even had a side hobby buying old laptops, refurbishing them, and selling them on.

I started this business because I've seen firsthand how people in our area get taken advantage of with shady pricing, unnecessary upsells, long wait times, and unclear service. Some of my close friends have been burned by it. On top of that, real mobile tech support is hard to find unless you go to the big-box places that charge a fortune. I wanted to change that. My goal is straightforward: offer honest, reliable help that comes right to your door, with fair prices and no surprises, so you know the job is done properly and you can get on with your day.
